    A friend of mine and I were chatting it up on the black leather couch in my home. With the television on in the background and Starbucks coffee in our hands, we talked about life and how stressful it can be. She then mentioned to me a website that her mother shared with her; Mindbloom. Mindbloom is a website to help you relax, be inspired and enjoy the little things in life. There is also an app for this website, called Bloom. Bloom will remind you throughout the day to say "Take a moment and be thankful for what's in your life" or "Go get a refreshing glass of water" along with soothing images and music. I have fallen in love with this website and thank my friend, Rachel, for sharing it with me! In a hectic and busy world, it is nice to take a moment to just breathe.
