8:44 AM- I am sitting in bed with a cup of coffee in my hand, waiting for my two little girls to wake up. I've been at it since 5:30 AM this morning. Don't ask me where I have gotten all this energy lately. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am not a morning person. I enjoy sleeping in (whenever motherhood allows me too). But, for some reason, I've been feeling like I just had a 5 hour energy shot before the sun even comes up (although, I still can't turn down the Starbucks cup of coffee, my fiance brewed for me before he left for work).  I guess I just can't shut my brain off. A Rolling Stone..

      On the road again. . . Dave and I love our traveling! When I was a little girl, I use to own a children's atlas book. At 10 years old, it was my goal to one day say that I had visited every state in the US. I would "star" every state I had visited, which back then was only Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky. I do not still own that atlas, however last weekend I was able to add another state to the list...Vermont.      For my fiance's new job, we were flown out to Burlington, Vermont for a week. We had never been to that part of the county before. It was beautiful! Miles of rolling hills with the Adirondack Mountains in the distance. We stayed at the Hilton hotel, right beside Lake Champlain.  A sunset view from our hotel room.       The community was very unique. Eden's first time in the SNOW!

7:53 PM: Last Friday,  Dave, Chloe and I took Eden out in the snow for her first time ever!! She wasn't too sure about it. She sat there for a little while, and really enjoyed the taste of the snow. haha. But....then she got tired of it and just wanted to go back inside! LOL. awww :) Later that same day, Chloe and I did some cooking together in the kitchen. We baked a stuffed pork loin and castle shaped cake. Afterwards, all of us watched some episodes of GLEE and played some Guitar Hero. It was a real nice relaxing day with the family.
