I'm in the car right now with my husband and youngest daughter Eden. We are driving back home with Miranda Lambert playing on the radio. It has almost been a week now since we left Ohio for Vermont. It was beautiful, but we arrived past their "peak" season so the trees weren't as bright and colorful as they would have been a couple weeks ago. The weather was chilly 40s to 50s and dropped down to the 30s at night. We walked up and down Church Street as usual. Passing many different restaurants, shops and musicians playing outside. While Dave was at work during the day, Eden and I walked down to Lake Champlain, went to a hair salon, shopped and just enjoyed the day. At five o'clock we would meet up with Dave for dinner on Church Street. Dave and I never meet a stranger, at almost every restaurant we go...
I am sitting here watching the fifth episode of the documentary show, "The Chair." If you haven't heard of this amazing show yet, you should definitely tune in. It airs Saturdays at 11PM on Starz. "The Chair" is about a competition between two different directors each making their directing debut from the same script. There is a lot that goes into making a movie and there are many people working, not just in front of the camera, but behind it as well. This series shows all ...

It was extremely hard to get out of bed that early, especially since I am NOT a morning person at all. But we are now on our third week of working out and it feels so great! I hope I can keep this momentum going and just feel healthier all around. Sometimes all you need to push yourself that extra mile is the perfect workout song. When I was in cross-country, I remember always listening to fast paced and sometimes even outright angry music to get ...
