Group Shoot in Bowling Green

Image
This past Saturday, I attended a group shoot in Bowling Green. There were three photographers, five models, and a jewelry designer. Models that attended ranged from having over four years experience to their very first photo shoot. It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed meeting the other models. The jewelry was stunning! Adikel Designs customized jewelry to match the three outfits I wore at the shoot. She has a great talent. Check out her website at: http://www.adikeldesigns.com/  .         I look forward to working with Randy Zalewski and Jason Miller again in the future. Here is my first photo back from the shoot.  And some behind the scenes photos: The first photo shoot for 2012. Looking forward to the other shoots coming up!

Christmas Decorating

Image
Last night, my husband and I put up our Christmas tree and some decorations. We always enjoy decorating for the holidays together. Each year our holiday collection grows. This year, we bought a train that is placed in the tree and goes around and around. Eden loves it! She kept pointing and saying, "Train! Train!" So cute. Dave and our Christmas tree! The stockings were hung by the chimney with care.. Daddy and Eden watching the train the train! We LOVE the holiday season!! Especially all of the family time together. It is very special. We got our purple Christmas tree at Bronners in Michigan back in 2009. We drove there and stayed overnight in a hotel. It was a lot of fun and I look forward to going up there again sometime! Hope everyone has a happy Thanksgiving tomorrow! =]

This entry is dedicated to the things I LOVED when I was growing up. I was born in '86 and remember some great things from the 90s! #1. POGS! I loved collecting pogs and slammers. I would trade them with my friends at recess haha. I have no idea where all my pogs went, cause I had quite the collection. #2.Clarissa Explains It All! One of my favorite shows! We didn't have cable growing up, so I remember watching this classic show whenever we would go visit my grandparents. Oh, and one of my best friends is her twin. SEE!? :)

Our Love Unites in Marriage!

The weekend of September 17, 2011 was the most magical time of our lives. David and I exchanged our marriage vows! We knew from the moment we met, that we would spend the rest of our lives together. And now, I get to wake up every morning with a smile on my face, next to the man of my dreams. Family and friends spent the weekend with us at The Blue Atlantis beach house in Gulf Shores, AL. So many great memories! Check out some highlights from the wedding, courtesy of Silver Thread Video Productions!! David & Liz from Silver Thread Video on Vimeo .

Secrets to a Happy Marriage!

Image
It is about one month until I become Mrs. Lattimer!! I cannot wait to marry my best friend. In honor of my upcoming wedding, I've asked some amazing women to give me some wedding advice. Thanks ladies, I enjoyed your responses! Cindy Moore- Married 28 Years "There are days you won't see eye to eye, there will be days you want to punch him in the eye, but at night when you look into his eyes and you tell him how much you love him and he replies you are the love of his life you know you have all you need for a long and happy life." Victoria Arlen- Married 28 Years "I don't know any secrets, but know that if you are committed to each other for the long haul, you can work through anything. Having a sense of humor plays a big part, too. Although you might not find humor in something for many, many years! Lol. I know it's worth it, and can see you two are very happy."

A Rolling Stone..

On the road again. . . Dave and I love our traveling! When I was a little girl, I use to own a children's atlas book. At 10 years old, it was my goal to one day say that I had visited every state in the US. I would "star" every state I had visited, which back then was only Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky. I do not still own that atlas, however last weekend I was able to add another state to the list...Vermont.      For my fiance's new job, we were flown out to Burlington, Vermont for a week. We had never been to that part of the county before. It was beautiful! Miles of rolling hills with the Adirondack Mountains in the distance. We stayed at the Hilton hotel, right beside Lake Champlain. A sunset view from our hotel room.       The community was very unique. The food at the restaurants we ate at, had locally produced food and drink. We didn't see many restaurant chains or "fast food".  At one of the restaurants, the menu choices were
